Amot Investments and EMET Group Sign Lease Agreement for 5,000 sqm at Platinum Tower in Petah Tikva
Amot Investments and EMET Group (TASE: EMCO) have signed a large-scale lease agreement at Platinum Tower in Kiryat Aryeh, Petah Tikva.
EMET Group specializes in the development and implementation of technology solutions in complex enterprise environments, across software and digital, data, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure in both cloud and on-premise environments. Under the agreement, the Group’s companies will relocate from multiple locations across the Greater Tel Aviv area to a unified campus spanning approximately 5,000 square meters.
Annual rent under the agreement is expected to exceed NIS 5 million. The lease was signed for a five-year term, with an option to extend for an additional five years. Beyond consolidating operations into a single campus, the move to Platinum Tower will provide EMET with a modern, sustainable, and accessible work environment, in a building that combines high-quality design and construction with advanced property management services. The leased areas will be delivered upgraded and ready for occupancy on a Plug & Play basis through Amot’s finishing division.
Platinum Tower is considered one of Israel’s prominent office assets. The 22-story building offers approximately 28,000 square meters of office space and around 900 parking spaces. Its key advantages include a strategic location adjacent to the Geha Interchange and Highway 4, proximity to Israel Railways’ Kiryat Aryeh station and the Red Line light rail, excellent accessibility to major transportation routes in the Greater Tel Aviv area, and comprehensive management services for employee wellbeing.
EMET Group will occupy at least four floors, becoming the largest tenant in the complex, which already houses leading companies such as Electra, Direct Finance, BOLT, Ping Identity, and Takeda.
