Where it all began

We started as an integration company with deep technical expertise and a bold vision for growth. From day one, our goal was to lead the Israeli IT market through specialization and true partnership.

1993

Becoming a public company

We went public on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange - a milestone that reflects long-term stability and trust.

2002

Early entrance into cyber

We acquired Spider Solutions, marking an early and strategic move into the cybersecurity domain - well ahead of market trends.

2006

Strengthening our expert services

With the acquisition of Barmor, we expanded our infrastructure capabilities and mission-critical field services.

2010

Israel’s largest IT infrastructure group

The acquisition of Dorcom made us the largest infrastructure integrator in Israel - leading major national, defense, and enterprise-scale projects.

2014

Elevating our cybersecurity offering

We acquired Citadel and expanded into managed security services, regulatory compliance, and advanced information security.

2017

Crossing 1B ILS
and entering the public cloud

We crossed the 1 billion shekel revenue mark and acquired MidLink - adding public cloud, DevOps, and managed services to our portfolio.

2018

Expanding into software and martech

With the acquisition of BE2SEE, we entered the world of marketing analytics, customer data platforms, and SaaS development.

2019

Boosting digital and
mobile innovation

Zemingo joined the group, bringing advanced UX, mobile app development, and smart product interaction capabilities.

2021

A leap forward: FIMI investment, Unitask Group, cyber scale-up

FIMI becomes our controlling shareholder, Unitask Group joins the family, and establish the Software Division. Cyber capabilities are strengthened with Cybercom acquisition.

2024

New milestones: 1.5B ILS + 2 new divisions

We surpass 1.5B ILS in revenue and launch two strategic divisions: Data and Unified Infrastructure - integrating deep domain expertise into a seamless experience.
