Altshuler Shaham – Upgrading the HCM System with a Modern User Experience

Altshuler Shaham initiated a strategic transformation to modernize its HR systems by implementing the cloud-based Oracle Fusion HCM platform. As part of this initiative, upgrading to the platform’s modern user interface became a significant milestone in building a modern, flexible, and future-ready HR infrastructure.

Altshuler Shaham sought to enhance its operational capabilities and align its HCM system with the organization’s evolving business needs. The goal was to enable efficient and agile management of HR business processes and employee journeys in a constantly changing organizational environment.

The project included a comprehensive upgrade of the HCM system to the latest technology version, alongside the adoption of the platform’s new user interface. As part of the project, employee journeys were also significantly upgraded and fully adapted to the organization’s unique requirements.

The project included a full technology upgrade and adoption of a modern user experience, requiring close collaboration between both functional and technical teams. Complex business processes were carefully adapted, and the upgraded system is now accessible to a broad range of users – from HR teams to employees across the organization – serving as a central platform for managing key HR tasks and processes.
