An advanced monitoring solution based on Zabbix was implemented, including a dedicated central dashboard for the Oracle ERP environment — providing end-to-end visibility and intelligent analysis capabilities designed to detect abnormal patterns and predict failures before they occur.

The project included

Establishing a comprehensive monitoring and control system for infrastructure, databases, and applications

Developing a dedicated dashboard for ERP environment management and monitoring

Defining smart alert mechanisms based on severity levels and historical analysis

Integrating automated alerts for relevant teams, including Telegram integration

Fully customizing the monitoring scope to align with business needs in close collaboration with the customer

Project Scope

The project was implemented on top of the existing infrastructure, with precise configuration of critical components for monitoring.
